ACM Officiates State-Of-The-Art Showrooms Nationwide

Automotive Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“ACM”), a member of the DRB-HICOM Group and the largest authorised ISUZU dealer in Peninsular Malaysia, recently launched its newly upgraded showrooms in Penang and Pahang.

The showrooms, which sported ACM’s refreshed Corporate Identity reflecting the company’s modern and customer-centric brand direction, were officially launched in Juru, Penang, on 11 June, followed by Kuantan, Pahang, on 17 June. The impending launch of another refreshed showroom, in Johor Bahru, will follow in the near future.

The Juru showroom was launched by Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., and Mohamad Radzi Omar, Chief Operating Officer of ACM. Meanwhile, the showroom in Kuantan was officiated by Dato' Zaliza Zulkipli, Datuk Bandar of Kuantan, together with Yamaguchi and Mohamad Radzi.

Commenting on the launches, Mohamad Radzi shared: “The refreshed corporate image is more than just a visual transformation. It underscores our continuous dedication to improving customer experience and elevating our brand presence in the Malaysian automotive market.”

Modern innovative design to elevate customer experience
The upgraded showrooms embody ACM’s commitment to delivering a seamless and engaging customer journey, aligning with the evolving expectations of today’s automotive consumers.

“Contemporary design elements and immersive features are integrated throughout our outlets. This ensures a consistent, premium experience at every touchpoint. We have gone even further in integrating digital elements into our brick-and-mortar presence, bringing customer experience to the next level,” added Mohamad Radzi.

Visitors to the upgraded showrooms are welcomed by a large LCD display behind the reception counter, immediately drawing attention to dynamic ISUZU product videos. Customers also have access to real-time vehicle information and information via interactive digital tablets that replace traditional brochures.

Further enhancing visitor experience is a dedicated digital corner, complete with TVs, Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) tools allowing visitors to explore vehicle features in depth and enjoy a virtual test drive. A revamped vehicle delivery bay completes the journey, ensuring a memorable and comfortable environment for customers during their new car handover.
The adoption of digitalisation extends beyond the showroom to the after-sales services provided by the refurbished outlets. Customers are provided with real-time status throughout the servicing process, enhancing their experience with work progress information that allows for better planning of their time.  

Prominently positioned in each showroom is the latest Isuzu D-Max pick-up truck as the “Hero Car”, visually enhanced by a specially designed lighting backdrop. Complimenting the look and feel further include a thoughtfully designed merchandise corner featuring exclusive Isuzu items as well as a display wall showcasing ACM’s history and achievements. A refreshment area with complimentary snacks and beverages provides a touch of hospitality for visitors.
